Pepperoni Pizza Dip with Garlic Knots

Ingredients
1 package Bowl & Basket cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp Bowl & Basket seasoned salt
2 cups Bowl & Basket Shredded mozzarella
1 cup Bowl & Basket Specialty Pizza sauce (or marinara)
1/4 cup Bowl & Basket Specialty grated parmesan cheese
1 package Bowl & Basket Pepperoni slices
Fresh Parsley, chopped
1 package Bowl and Basket Garlic knots, cooked according to package directions
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees In a bowl combine cream cheese, Italian seasoning and seasoned salt until well blended.
  2. Spread mixture out evenly in the bottom of either a glass pie dish or a cast iron skillet.
  3. Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella over the cream cheese mixture in an even layer, followed by the pizza sauce, then topped with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  4. Top with parmesan, then finally top with pepperoni slices across the top.
  5. Heat in oven for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and melted.
  6. Carefully remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then serve with garlic knots.
